17th Annual Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Tasting – Downtown La Grange – (11/21/2019)

We know, we know. This isn’t on Thanksgiving. However, this is a great chance to imbibe some of the best French wines that Chicago has to offer. Participating restaurants include Santiago’s, Steak + Vine, and Lucca’s Pizzeria, among others. Proceeds from the events will go to Child Link, the Chicago-based adoption agency. We can think of few things to be as thankful for as family. Speaking of family, we’re sure that you’ll be thankful for those delicious wines you pick up when the in-laws stop in for Thanksgiving dinner.

Chriskindlmarket Chicago – Daley Plaza – (11/15/19 – 12/24/19)

Open from 11am to 4pm on Thanksgiving Day, Chriskindlmarket is a great option for those of us who think the Christmas season isn’t quite long enough. It’s been going since 1996, spreading Christmas cheer and cozy European charm in equal measure. And who says that fresh-baked pretzels, mulled wine, and candied nuts are only Christmas foods?
